The Advanced Design of Interactive Systems (ADIS) course teaches students how to build upon the design methods from the HCI Bootcamp to create their own participatory design activities.
Prerequisite: The HCI Bootcamp (Introduction to the Design and Evaluation of Interactive Systems) course.
The introductory course introduces a systematic approach to interaction design,
with a set of design methods that emphasize efficient and effective collaboration
as you create and reuse design resources.
The advanced course builds upon the methods in the HCI Bootcamp, but emphasizes critical thinking and participatory design.
