MoveOn with Frame(d): granted by la diagonale of Paris-Saclay

May 21st, 2019

Ex)situ Ph.D. student Jean-Philippe Rivière received a grant for his current project MoveOn. This project is a crossover between an artistic performance (reconstruction of the dance piece, Frame (d) choreographed by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and Damien Jalet) and a scientific project (the thesis in computer science by Jean Philippe Rivière). In this project, he develops an online toolbox to facilitate the learning of movement in dance. He uses the piece Frame (d) as a case study to able a participatory design between dancers, assessors, and scientists. The grant was awarded by the Paris-Saclay diagonal ( https://www.ladiagonale-paris-saclay.fr/nos-actions/moveon/).
